The Yamaha DX9 is an affordable but very underrated 4-operator FM synth like the other DX synths and is capable of some interesting sounds. 61 key, 16 voice, 20 patches of memory, MIDI I/O. Made in Japan. It was said to have been used by Aphex Twin for some ambient pad sounds in the earlier albums. Very good cosmetic condition with only light general wear.
