Warranty

All in-store sales of used equipment carry a 30-day warranty with Cask Music. Warranty claims on new gear are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Shipping

All in-stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that we are closed on Mondays and shipping is often not possible on this day.

We ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Cross-border shipping commonly incurs duties, taxes and/or brokerage. We will attempt to ship by the most economical means in order to limit these fees, but when applicable, they are usually charged COD and are always the responsibility of the buyer.

Some items are too large to ship, and the only option is local pickup. Please don't select this option if you're unable to collect the item from our retail store in Toronto.

Returns

Within seven days, refund for unopened items. Within fourteen days, store credit for unopened items. Defective/DOA new product returnable within 14 days subject to inspection.

Returns for web sales will be subject to a 3% restocking fee. This fee is waived if an item is defective, or not as described.

There are no returns on consignment, on-sale or clearance items.

Returns on shipped items are generally not permitted unless an item is not as described.

If a shipped item arrives with any problem, damage or not as described, we must be contacted within 48hrs of delivery of item arrange a return or other resolution.

All returns must be approved prior to shipping back to Cask.

All cross-border and international shipments are final sale.

Our listings should all contain descriptions and pictures sufficiently detailing the products' condition. In cases of any uncertainty prior to ordering, we are more than happy to supply additional information or images.

All returns must be in saleable condition. This includes cosmetic condition, and when applicable, included accessories, paperwork and packaging. Items that are not in original condition will be judged on a case by case basis and will be subject to a restocking fee. 

Return of payment will be via the same method as original payment was received, after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are not refundable. When applicable, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees on the return shipment are deducted from the refund amount.
