Beautiful fairly ornate F-style Hondo Mandolin, believed late 70s/early 80s MIK construction. This instrument has a tobacco burst stain, double bound body, gold hardware, pearloid buttons. This instrument has been restrung and set up and is playing great!
It has a couple of cosmetic flaws. The back has a crack in the middle seam which has been professionally repaired and reinforced, and is stable. There is a chip on the nut between the second string course. This is cosmetic and stable. There is general light cosmetic wear throughout consistent with age, nothing major. Includes hardshell case.
