Gibson GA8T Discoverer Tremolo Tube Amplifier Used
$1,099
Really, really beautiful specimen. This is a Gibson GA8T Discoverer tube combo with low to medium output of 10-15watts. Two inputs, controls for Loudness, Bass/Treble, and tremolo Depth and Frequency (rate). Outputs for monitor (line/preamp out) and Echo Speaker (extension speaker).
In addition to its great condition, this amp has been modified in a number of pleasing ways, most notably its stripped stained finger jointed cabinet. Speaker has been upgraded to a new premium Jensen AlNiCo driver. Includes a custom hand-made slip cover from a military tarp-type material, and includes a footswitch for engaging tremolo.
Amp also serviced by local Hamilton tech Chris Church and working perfectly.
