Coolest looking pedal in the world, and it sounds amazing. This is a late Soviet-era Estradin "Effekt-1" Flanger. Very rare in North America. Controls respectively are Frequency, Shift and Brightness. Separate Wet/Dry outputs. Still runs off of European power, but original cord and voltage converter are included.
Tested working perfectly.
